The Law Commission is sad to hear of the death of Her Honour Diana Faber. She was a Commissioner between 1993-2000 and subsequently became a Circuit Judge and Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn.

Sir Peter Fraser, Chair of the Law Commission said,

“We are sorry to hear of the death of Diana Faber. During her time at the Law Commission, she led on a number of projects including a review of land registration  which led to the Land Registration Act 1997. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.”
