The Freedom of Information Act requires every public authority to have a publication scheme, approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and to publish information covered by the scheme.
The scheme sets out our commitment to make certain information routinely available, such as policies and procedures, minutes of meetings, annual reports and financial information.
The Law Commission has adopted this scheme and we use the definition document for non-departmental public bodies to identify the type of information that we should publish.
Information available under our publication scheme
We make the following information and publications available:
- who we are and what we do
- what we spend and how we spend it
- what our priorities are and how we are doing
- how decisions are made
- our policies and procedures
- lists and registers
- the service we offer
- making a Freedom of Information request
This information is also included our annual reports.
