Programmes of reform

The Commission follows a programme of law reform that is refreshed through consultation every three years. Because our projects frequently extend for longer than three years, work does overlap between programmes.

Annual business plan

The Commission issues a business plan every year, setting out our plan of work.

Annual reports

Each annual report considers how the Commission has performed against the business plan for that year.

Reports to Parliament

All our programmes of law reform, reports and annual reports are laid before Parliament. These publications are available to download.

Statistics produced in accordance with the NDPBs’ requirements

The Commission publishes a record showing which of its recommendations have been implemented by government.

Service standards

The Commission has set service standards for external communication.
