The Commission follows a programme of law reform that is periodically refreshed through consultation. At each consultation, we ask for ideas for projects from government, the judiciary, the legal and business worlds, interest groups and the public. We also take referrals at any time from government departments seeking to review areas of law that fall within their jurisdiction.
